Code:

Change the things in " " to what you want it to say.

i no how to change title in frames.java you will find

setTab(p, 81, 550); // Friend tab
to change title u gotta find out what line runescape world 66 is on so it would look something like this
p.frames.setString(p, "Lost-Isle friends list", 550, LINE GOES HERE IF SOME! TELLS ME WHAT LINE ITS ON);
