I've been using Sweble's ast to parse the wikitext for data I need and it's not too painful

Short answer: no, there's no wiki mechinism provided to download all the images at once.

Based off [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] you'd be looking at 90k images (25gb) per revision.
The full image history to get images for each revision would be several terrabytes of image data.

Good timing, it was noticed yesterday that the 634 and 667 dates were off by about a month so I've redone them today and added some more popular revisions to the list
