If [0, 0, 0, 0] doesn't work then try the others like they're ordered. It's ordered by the closest revision to the target revision (which was 592). And no problem.

I took the pastebin and dumped of all of the keys by revision in their unpacked form (eg. in folder 562, 12567.txt contains keys for region 12567 revision 562):

Note it only prints out the region and its keys if they are not [0, 0, 0, 0].

edit: another note: the formatting of the keys look messed up on notepad but they look fine on Notepad++. They are still readable by servers like Matrix.

Oh lmao. I almost thought you hacked my PC. I have 1-3k xteas for every revision I dumped in that pastebin. Both packed & unpacked. If you need more let me know :3
