Click Here To Register...] uploaded another v4 cache. What I did was make the deob work with the cache and I'm releasing this for archive purposes. You can do whatever you want with it!

Client Information
- Fixed choppy items and triangle lines in safe mode
- Partially refactored (some streams, player and npc updating masks, login, etc.)
- Has RSA enabled
- Disabled isaac. Can be re-enabled easily

It's around 723-725 i'm pretty sure where Jagex celebrated 200 million accounts.

Well in this particular beta cache it's around 723. The items in the cache only go up to the 200m glasses and the extra planar bow (now known as boogie bow) and then a bunch of eoc related items.

The revision when EOC was officially released was 743 but this was a early beta so it can't be above 743.

I believe it basically started off as just a branch off of the main branch, which at the time was probably around 723 like you said. When the beta was over I assume they merged EOC into the main branch which is where you get 743.
