[657]XTEA(Map Data) Dumper

Double click the jar file (657dumper.jar) & XTEA files will be put into ./dumped/xtea/

Notice this client may have some small bugs like display mode switching & other small things, so I highly suggest use for only it's purpose.
Also, I'm pretty sure it is safe, as in you won't get banned. There is nothing (that I can think of) that RuneScape will detect from it.
