645 Almost all f2p mapdata

This includes: almost all f2p dungeons / caves, tutorial island cave, easter event of 2011 etc...

Note: it is 232 files but believe me it is almost all f2p mapdata taked me few hours to dump them

doesnt work anymore... I tried and it goes to new character creation screen and moves to the new tutorial.

WPS i maked a type mistake it should be tutorial island cave since i can't access the island
