Actually; the 628 has never been public, when system update it went from 627 to 629. Jagex probably did a 628 but never released tho

na it did but lasted 10 min as server went on then update straight away it had a bug in it

I kept refreshing page and for when it finally loaded it was 629, but anyways, who cares
