616 Sprite Dump

Hello All

Jagex added a few exstra sprites in their cache today, thank to method for his downloader, ive dumped and released to you all. Here you go.

I have added the support of the 613 sprite header since it changed a little bit from 508+. So the runescape logo and some other sprites have dumped correctly and are not black.

Great job Sean ^_^ RuneScape is getting better with graphics but nothing can compare to the original.
