[508] Castle-Wars Frame Ids

I was bored so i made a command to get this, and i decided to release.

The waiting room interface is 57, and the setString childid for that is 0.
The In game castle wars interface is 58 and 59, and the setString ids are on the picture below.

i got something easier

i think this ss from danno so 100% creds to him

he released this some time ago

he dumped like all the ids of the strings and more for every 503 interface
