Taking a quick peek at this project and I have a few concerns!
1. "You may experience slow load times upon first launch of the client, this is because the cache size for RuneScape 3 private server is large and can take some time to download and unpack depending on your connection to server and general pc speed." - this is a direct quote
I don't understand why this data isn't loaded on the server's side of things. It seems odd to encompass the entire cache of RS3 on my own device. I understand some things need to be housed by the third-party, though the entire/most of the RS3 cache is quite unnecessary.
2. Black screens/client crashing prevented by earlier Java versions
The earlier Java version should not interfere with the compatibility of me playing your game. You must be lacking protocol related data if your client abruptly turns black, or crashes. This is something I extremely recommend spending some time researching.
3. Starter 'tutorial'
The start to your server is rather bland. Without the starter guide presented by one of your moderators, I'd be absolutely lost at the start. Investing some time to make it a bit more interactive may help with the learning curve.
4. Combat pathfinding
When you click an NPC you want to attack, you only move to it's last known location. Combat doesn't seem to actually follow the NPC in question. The target never changes, and if the NPC walks back into attack range, the player immediately starts attacking again. Since the target doesn't disappear, it should be quite the easy fix.
5. Lobby?
Initially logging in, I was greeted by the lobby. I asked about it, and was ultimately informed there's no real use for it. Considering there is only a single world, why's it there to begin with? I understand it gives us a "more RS3 feel", but if it's absolutely useless - all it does is delay me from playing your server.
6. Minimap can be unresponsive
This is most likely due to pathfinding, or perhaps low draw-distances. I will sometimes click afar on the minimap, and my character is completely unresponsive. This usually occurs when there's multiple objects in the direct vicinity of my character, but I've not tried to test it in detail. It isn't every single time, so it's likely that I'm clicking beyond how far the map has rendered; not allowing it to receive any coordinates.
7. Skilling is significantly faster than combat
Especially firemaking and cooking. I also used my raw shrimp on a fire, and it automatically had me selected to anchovies. Just a few little details like that could use some polishing.
8. Clicking the Donate button in-game redirects me to a 404 page
I decided to give it a whirl and change 'Store' to 'store' in the link, and got the donate page. Don't forget that links are case-sensitive :) I would, however, like to commend you for only allowing cosmetics and Membership (tiers?) available for purchase.
I understand I'm being quite nitpicky about Cywir, especially considering I've only played for about 30 minutes (and I intentionally removed about 6 items from the list above). I'm actually quite a big fan of RS3 and would love to see some more servers come and flourish :) I think this server has potential. It's got a fair economy, the experience rates aren't 10-minute 99s, and it seems like it's got a fair bit of content. I'd love to see some more detail shed into light (like tree stumps!), and other updates to really just bring the server out. Also, I am running JDK12 and never experienced any black screening or client crashes - granted, I did not explore much though. I did, however, experience some long load times as well as FPS plummets. I assume this is because my cache hadn't fully loaded at the time.
Disregarding everything I said above, I wish you the best and I will keep an eye on this :)
