I agree, but this server does not have the goal of providing a customized experience to accommodate a smaller player count. It's much more in line with emulation servers that offer no additional help beyond what the base revision already gives you. It's a great server with plenty of content. The x1 rate is not for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of dedication to play this.
