Unfortunatley - Yes.
The owner was not active enough to maintain a steady player base and without no staff to be online when players had help, they just quit after a few minutes/hours.
Shame to be honest, this server has a lot of potential but the owner did not pump out any updates in many weeks and players just got tired of it.
