Thread: [508/525] Mortality, An amazing (Free) Server.

Just a Small Pk intro made by a player for some insight on the server:

Mortality is a Pk based Server.

Owner: Mortality (Tom)
Staff Members: Ara, Scott, James.

Features:
-Full Bounty Hunter, with a target system. A teleport system and a penalty system.
-Full Player vs Player (PvP) There are currently 4 PvP areas. (Edgeville, Falador, Lumbridge and Ardougne (Don't mind the spelling!))
-And ofcource, full Wilderness areas. (Mage bank, Clan wars, East Dragons and Edgeville (Wild not PvP.)
-No click lag. It is amazing how much better it is without click lag.
-Perfect switching. None of this click 5 items and 2 change.
-Mortality has :etlevel, ::Master and ::Item.
-Mortality has full Anti-Flood. (I made 5 connections from 1 IP max, after 5 connections the Accounts will disconnect.)
-(This means little to no downtime.)
-Mortality has Anti-XLog. (If a player is in combat and XLogs, the account will stay logged in until he/she dies. Their loot will appear to the killer and then after that, he/she will logout. (This means no 0 HP glitches etc.)
-Any actions you make your character do, he will actually do them. (For example. You are 10 squares from the BH crator, you click it. Your character willthen run to it, and carry through with the action and go in the crator. This applies to Bankers, Caves, Players Etc..
-Unlike a lot of 517's Mortality has the 'Items kept on death' button working. And further more it works 100%
-Mortality has amazing combat systems, Stat bonuses, Special attacks and abilities.
-Mortality has a flawless Economy. This means, yes, it isn't slow and hard to get items, but at the same time, to get the better items, it will take more skill and patience.
-This means, you will enjoy the Server for longer and have much more fun on it overall.
-All commands, Quest Tab teleports Etc, have Anti Teleblock
-In Mortality there is no such thing as 'Donator' or 'Donator only' Everything can be accessed be everyone.
-Upon starting, you will get a book named "PvP world manual." This will give you all the help you need, in the way of Staff names, or just general help of locating things, places, npcs or Pk spots.
-Mortality has full Jail. You may think this isn't a good thing, however it is, as a Jail sentence will only be 20 min's long. Also there is no possible way to get out and carry on playing as usual. (Even if you noclip out, because once Jailed, your 7 top Tabs will be locked and you cannot access them until unjailed by a staff member.
-All Skills in the skill menu can be clicked and will open a in-depth guide for less experienced playes.
-All Emotes work in the Emote tab. All skillcape Emotes work etc.
-As 525's don't have full turmoil (Emotes/GFx's) I took out the 'Turmoil' and just left Piety as it is, however smite now acts as Soul Split, and will heal/Smite upon hits.
-Mortality has 100% Vengeance, 100% Barrage/Blitz and all Miasmic spells 100%.
-Unlike a lot of 517 Servers, Items of death is somewhat acurate. If you Pk with something like a Godsword, you wont protect a Nezzy over it.
-Mortality does not have 'Right' or 'Side' Click bugs. It doesn't dissapear everytime you right click. Infact, it never does.
-Mortality has full Clan Chat. (This includes: -Full creating/Deleting, -Full ranking system, -Full kicking/Banning system, -And ofcource full chatting system.
-Mortality has NO abusive staff members, and *if* one does abuse, he can be reported straight away and will get demoted (Depending on circustances)
-Mortality has a full Character Save, Character backup system which is controlled by the player
-Along side that, Mortality has an Auto-Backup that makes a compressed copy of the Character file each day, for maximum safety.
-Weapons like Bandos Godsword has full effects (Takes down stats on Special)
-'Banned' or 'Disabled' Accounts will only be disabled for 1 Day maximum
-'IP Banned' Accounts will ONLY get IP'ed if they may cause major harm to the server, and as soon as they can't possibly cause harm to the server, they will then be Un-IP banned.


-Rules of Mortality, Well noone came here to read the 'Rules' Right? Thats why I'm glad to say, that unlike most 517's, Mortality has NO Pk/Wilderness related rules. I have a saying at it goes as follows: "If your in the wilderness, then as far as I'm concerned, it's your risk." So feel free to do the following: PJ, Rush, Fc, Pray. One thing I am considering coding is an 'Anti-1Item' I'll see how I go with that.
