OPEN FOR TESTING!!!!

Ok, I took out npc transformations, because I want to see if they cause the server lagg after all or not... Server is still beta, and its not finished yet but has nice nearly finished home
I also added new short tutorial on server so i need to test if it works well too.

server IP: isproject.no-ip.biz
port: Default (43594)
Client: Any 508 Client
