That's a very very bad comparison, breaking the rules in the virtual world won't affect nothing. Ever heard of the Australian kid who robbed a bank online? Robbed millions at a age of 16, yet he did not even face charges but his penalty was to be expelled from using a computer.
In the virtual world age does matter and if you are under 18 your safe to do what you want.
You aren't safe to do whatever you want. I don't see why people think this. Just because you technically aren't considered an adult, there are still repercussions to your actions if you get caught (albeit maybe not as high). It highly depends on the severity of what you did obviously, but there will be consequences. If you're really young, those consequences will be put onto the legal guardians.
Just because you did something on the internet, a virtual world, doesn't mean it can't affect the real world.
How about sweden?
