Well, This thread is pretty easy, Vote for your most favorite city/village/town etc.
I've made this thread for my own server aswell, I cannot decide a nice good looking city for myself after finishing duel arena minigame, Castle wars.

I'll say Varrock, lots of people start their server off in Edgeville, you should be different. Maybe Falador or something, don't be like others...
Yanille, you can add a lot of different skills there and its pretty big.
I would choose Catherby, you can make alot of skills there.
Camelot is awesome.
Where's Edgeville?
