It looks alright, but there's a few things that I think could definitely be improved.

Why did you use replace the achievements tab instead of using the already unused tab in the bottom left?

Also, all the items are highlighted, but the interface says you haven't obtained any of them? How do people tell the difference between the items they've received, and the items they haven't yet?
Does the interface use CS2?
