Lynchtbh I don't know why you would even need a rs3 rsps, especially when rs3 itself feels like a rsps anyways.

So it's been like what? 10 years? since Runescape released EOC. And somhow we still don't have any RS3 RSPS?
Anyone know if theres one active or being worked on? I know about Cywir but that seems to be a dead project too.

i really don't like to farm a year just to get 1 99 skill, which is the rate on which i level up at. That's why i like rsps in general.

As Lynch said, RS3 is super fast with newer training methods, lamps, bonus experience, events, etc. You should easily go 1-99 in a month or less. RS3 RSPS aren't as popular because they stopped trending. The only RS3-type server atm is Velheim, but it uses pre-eoc combat afaik.
Ataraxia is a full NXT server?
Summarized: There is no real RS3PS community because hardly anyone knows enough about RS3, reverse engineering and programming. Those that do either work on other servers or don't get paid enough to work on a RS3PS. Unfortunately it's incredibly time-consuming to write a server alone.
Until the community decides to collaborate (be it publicly or privately), there's little to no hope for a proper RS3PS. I have tried but the community simply isn't ready yet.

on coding it is called rs2, in marketing, well, yes, it is called rs3, this community was made to implement serverside for it.
so, for me, no need for it
