I recently figured out how to obtain official soundtracks from RuneScape Old School & RuneScape HD, and with that, I created a simple GUI to allow people to play their own MIDI files in the official RuneScape midi instruments. All you need is a cache (can be any revision) to be put in the cache folder - An OSRS cache is provided. When you run this program, simply click File > Load MIDI File > Select a MIDI File, then press either Play (Plays the song completely) or Dump (Dumps the song into a raw data file). If you choose to dump, the raw file format has a sample rate of 48000, Little-endian, Stereo (2 channels), and 16 bit, which can be imported using Audacity. Big thanks to Alex for the Cache File Store jar dependency in this project.
