i'm trying to backup every thread/post on my forum, but everytime i try to upload the .sql file i get this error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/libraries/import/sql.php on line 105

i've googled around that error and only thing i found is that you're supposed to remote mysql and then upload it, but i can't seem to find out how

add my msn if u wanna support or post here: [email protected]

your database must be quite large, if you break the file down into parts then execute it, other than that the only way i can think of is removing that 300 second timer.
