yeah true designing your self is a bit gay but if your just getting into HTML and want to dabble around with a template <--- notice i said template and not skin , this isnt a forums =p anyways

Are you talking about skins for IPB or vB?
If your talking about HTML templates your best bet is to actually learn HTML and code your own only takes a day or less to learn it, if its something like a cms script such as, Vbulletin or Wordpress etc, google...
