I'm not using any frameworks at all for this, I had actually just got bored for a moment and created a folder called "Learning", and went from there.
*note* if you have any suggestions on anything let me know!
The CSS overall isn't too bad, but could use some reworking which i'm doing overtime, using 14 images in total for this design,

No Idea why it's so laggy, however it's obviously normal local, if you know any high quality recording for webm or .gif let me know i'm on a Linux which i'm getting used to as of late so anything would help
Spent most of my time figuring out how I wanted it to look like. and yes it's 100% responsive.
If you know why the link is so tiny compared to regular text let me know (the profile name that shows the hover element), it's a bit weird.

Looks awfull maybe its the reason of font you use.
Can you try with Museo Sans?
It's the same that rs3 uses.
