I'm not using any frameworks at all for this, I had actually just got bored for a moment and created a folder called "Learning", and went from there.

*note* if you have any suggestions on anything let me know!

The CSS overall isn't too bad, but could use some reworking which i'm doing overtime, using 14 images in total for this design,
I the sprites of rs3 website (currently available) and a #723 sprite dump (some uses),

Demo: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

No Idea why it's so laggy, however it's obviously normal local, if you know any high quality recording for webm or .gif let me know i'm on a Linux which i'm getting used to as of late so anything would help
Spent most of my time figuring out how I wanted it to look like. and yes it's 100% responsive.
If you know why the link is so tiny compared to regular text let me know (the profile name that shows the hover element), it's a bit weird.

Thanks for the input, I appreciate it.

I've updated the thread with a smoother mp4 of the website template (I pause early in beginner so you can see the slideshow, it's not lag kk lol).

Looks awfull maybe its the reason of font you use.
Can you try with Museo Sans?
It's the same that rs3 uses.

The font I never bothered changing at all actually, so minus the font part out of the developmental concepts. I can easily just import the exact font and use it but I wasn't bothered at the time to do so.
