As a somewhat beginner web developer with only a bit to a moderate amount of web development experience, this chart is very useful. Thank you very much.

Not too sure about that, it's at 0 . It would have to go minus to even be remotely close to his IQ.

Looks good, should help some people out
At back-end templating engines are missing though (or i'm just blind).
Also for AngularJS i'd say it is somewhat more important than the lowest prio, as it returns in quite some web/application projects.

Edit: Just re-read the whole diagram. Gj on finding this. I suggest that people who're interested in Front-End and in particular JS should go ahead and start learning ES6 instead of normal Javascript. ES6, for the unknown, is the newest Javascript version and is already implemented by all major browsers. Some API functionality however are still being implemented (EG Safari -> Service Workers).

For the people who're interested; This is my college roadmap for web development (excluding PHP as back-end)
    1. Learn ES6 (fuck jquery when you can just use ES6/vanilla js just as easily)
    2. Learn Webpack and Yarn (these two will solve any problem you'll ever encounter and will obsolete any module packer [AMD/RequireJS/Browerify] and npm + grunt/gulp
    3. PostCSS + CSSNext packages (These will obsolete sass/less/scss as they make heavy use of the new css features and get compiled to a version that older browsers will be able to read through webpack)

People looking at React Development: Go with MobX or Redux for state management
