Thread: [REQ] Web Developer

If anyone is intrested in a web development project, if they are bored, I am in need of some help.

At the moment I have no knowledge in web development, and I am new in the programming scene. Although I have had experience with some HTML.

I have a .com and a host, (Host gator). I am in need of a nice template, and forums developer. I am working on a project that will take a couple weeks, so there is no rush and its a relaxed project, so no need to rush anything.
