I am looking for someone to create a design for my website, I was hoping for free but I will give rslegacy.org domain for doing it or I offer to do graphics for you in return. I could possibly pay a few bucks but would prefer not have to go though the trouble of getting paypal money. I am not looking for a professional web designer but the more experianced the better. I would be wanting a clean nice design, need ton consist of a homepage with a nice looking navbar, a content box for news and updates a nice footer, and a banner area. Nice simple colors nothing complicated.
You're seriously going to offer a domain? Something that's already created, that legacy domain. Why not cash? Paypal?

I'd rather be paid in bubblegum than be paid a runescape domain. For what it sounds like you might want to look into Wordpress. Wordpress is pretty easy to configure theme-wise.

Try offering a better payment than a Domain...
A Domain Name is a personal thing, not everyone likes the choice you make when you buy a Domain... (Unless it's rape.me, you can't go wrong with that...)
