    I'm just wondering what everyone thinks on the following base.

    Wordpress? How do you think it is, do you think that it is worth using? Do you think that it can be used and look nice?

    I'd like to know everyone's opinions

    It's got enough plugins, themes, and a user community that is HUGE. It is definitely worth getting into WordPress as a blog/CMS. It can run simple blogs to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
