Is all that custom made or are you running a software..?

Custom made.
If you wouldn't mind PMing some example code, I might* be able to help you.
1. Easy
2. Easy
3. So you don't want the "Previous" button to go to the previous image?
4. Easy
5. Not sure what you're talking about here...? Just a page that GET's a value from the URL and converts it into the image displayed page?
6. Easy
All the things you're saying are really easy for anyone who knows the basic's of PHP. I'd help, but to me it seems like this would be the thing I spend a few hours on, give it to you, maybe you paid me, then you claim it as your own and ram ad's in every position possible...?

My time was wasted here. Next time ask for web devs not designers. >.>Image uploader that requires me to accept or decline it on a admin panel
When people click report image I want it to be sent to that admin panel on another tab ^
Prev button doesn't go the previous image..
Add a like button for all the images
mod_rewrite URLs, dynamic file.php?varible=value because they aren't SEO friendly
Also want it so a random image generates every time the page is reloaded
3. On his site, the previous button goes to the previous image in the "album" so to speak and not the previous image the person was looking at.
5. He means where site.com/file.php?=alskfjd would appear as site.com/image instead. That is done by just editing a couple things in file.php and setting up a mod_rewrite in .htaccess
@Jaegon - Sorry for the delay on what I was doing. I've been pretty busy lately with my class nearing the end of the semester and I don't have time for much.
