Thread: [Request] PHP Progammer

Need a php programmer, advanced knowledge as well with CSS designing.

Need a TOS page and a Unique Page Viewer Counter.

I have not searched teh forums at all for either as i do not want to mess with developing either of these two. I have bigger parts to the puzzle to work on, this is for APcore, a project of mine.
