If I'm working on a team based project, and don't have access to phpMyAdmin, but I have the database information: Is there any tool that allows you to access databases like PhpMyAdmin would, but externally?
Such as how FileZilla connects to your FTP externally.
Try NavicatAlso remote mysql needs to be enabled just allow the # and it will enable it
if you want a web application, you can upload phpmyadmin to another webhost and use the server details to connect aswell.
