Thread Status - Bells Is currently Making a forum tomorow.

something like SMF (but well coded so it doesn't look as dull)
or something like that. already have a homepage.

You don't need to code a SMF. All you need to do is add massive modifications. Although I can make your site decent with a homepage(not portal) and a forum. Such as SMF, or the Forum framework released by Devonne(Dev4) and ill improvise
