selling my rsps community it got working webclient creator with 3 loaders.
good template . server status checker [u need to ask webhost to open ports 43594 and 55555] item database with 8000 items and npc database with 3000 npcs in it .
u give offers

This website is nothing special, personally I think that creating a website to that standard would only take a maximum of one hour depending on the capabilities of the programmer. I think you're just trying to earn some quick-cash. Furthermore this website uses a free domain name and a free webhost (byethost6) which could potentially cause problems in the future for the purchaser of your website if they don't have sufficient knowledge on how to transfer the site to a different domain name or change the web host.
