Hey guys. I am attempting to make a community like RuneLocus with TopList, Forums, and everything. I'm not the best coder in the world but I did try my hardest cause im not wanting to spend any money :L

Added Forums with all Categorys and Sub-Forums
Added Portal page
Added Server Advertisements
Made ranks
Made me a Paypal account for donations

Needing Done (Looking for People to do this)
Im looking for someone that can help me make a TopList for my website.
Im wanting to make one maybe something like Rune-Server's or MoparScape's TopList and Server Status pages.
If someone could help me do this I would let you become a Developer on the website.

Please help me. Im not looking to be any better than RuneLocus. Im just trying to create a friendly community
and to help new servers get started and gain more players.
