in this day and age, kotlin would be a better choice for beginners and more of a long-term "investment". you can learn it here without the need to install any prerequisites.
First result when googling "Java Tutorial": https://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/ (official tutorials)
When you YT "java tutorial", tons of playlists appear:
Java (Beginner) Programming Tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...2CE09D83EE3E28
Java Video Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...E8B7F4856C9B19
Java Tutorial For Beginners (Step by Step tutorial): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...j8Y6yyq4R7g-Al
Java Tutorials by Durga Sir: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...tR9fUsPUv4I8sB
C'mon man, you didn't look hard enough. Besides, the guy in the video you shared speaks at an astonishing speed of 3 words per minute, as if he took some morphine before making the video.

i wouldn't say you wasted 8 hours, both java and kotlin revolve around the same vm technology. this means that whatever you can use in java, you can use in kotlin! getting insight on a predecessor language can't hurt
but ya, like serious said you can learn java literally anywhere these days.
https://www.visualstudio.com/dev-essentials/ < join that and claim the free pluralsight subscription
https://app.pluralsight.com/library/search?q=java < shitload of java courses taught by actually knowledgeable people
I searched "apollo rsps", it was the first result. I googled "Hyperion rsps", it was the third result. And Pavan wasn't lying when he said "you can learn Java just about anywhere these days" - you aren't investing enough effort.
You joined this site asking "is this site's purpose for learning?". You were told "no, its for rsps development, but you can get help". You then asked the same question again a few days later. No one is trying to mislead you. If you were mislead, then it's your interpretation of that information that's the problem.
Learning how to develop via RSPS will most likely result in you picking up some bad habits, which is why I discouraged the "is this a site for learning?". You asked me to remove my comments, even though they contained valuable information for someone at your level? That's definitely not how you learn..
Instead of focusing on the info provided, you focused on the Google joke, which yeah, people in this community like to joke around. People in ALL communities like to joke around. Even the mods here like to bust balls.
EDIT: Thank you for understanding that I'm not trying to be a dick - if I was, I wouldn't be taking the time to grab the links, nor even writing a post this long. I sent you a PM, hopefully my last post doesn't snowball into something worse. +1 for understanding.
Speaking of plurasight, if anyone wants professional mentoring, you can find me on Plurasight's HackHands: PM me for info (although it's paid, not free - my free mentoring services has been put on hold for the time being, too many requests)
