    Company Introduction
Crane Gaming is a company will consist of a wide range of unique experienced programmers. All being volunteers at this point and soon in the future a possibly huge career opportunity. This is a small start for a huge success, never give up on what you want to do in life and it will eventually pay off. I promise this company will get somewhere other than asking for volunteers to help. Crane Gaming will have a lot of projects going on with different programmers assigned to separate projects, the CEO (myself) will be part of an assigned project to my self. I am also working for my self. There isn't much to this company at this point considering the company is brand new and trying to get somewhere with the name.

    Qualified Volunteers?
A qualified volunteer will be more than likely a programmer but it can also be a 3d model artist, 2d texture artist, 3d terrain designer, storyline/content creator, project manager, etc. There isnt much of an application for this whole idea. You should be atleast 16 years of age with a lot of experience in the area you will be considering. Please please please do not try to be part of this project if you feel that you won't be able to help out much or be in the project long. Projects like these last a while, especially when you are starting from the beginning of the company. If you want to be in this company and feel you are qualified, just leave a brief reply with who you are, how much experience, some work (can be rsps), age, why you should join, etc.

    Thanks to Rune-Server
I want to not only thank Rune-Server but the entire RSPS idea. RSPS has helped me with what I want to be in my life because it got me into the whole programming idea. Then came rune-server and it helped me with all the silly tutorials I needed, then I advanced and made my stuff on my own. Eventually I knew some well known experienced programmers and I was learning a lot. I now know a ton after the years of being involved with RSPS and Rune-Server. Thanks so much.

    Current Projects
    - CGEngine (First official released details and show off)

    Team (Need Qualified Volunteers!!)
    - Justin C. (Myself)

    *P.S*
Please do not reply with a troll comment, if you don't have anything nice to say then please don't say it. I'm sure this whole plan of a company and gaming projects seems far fetched and that's most gamers dreams but I seriously love programming and hope to make a career out of it. I hope the qualified programmers consider. Sorry if this topic was a bid odd to read, I made this topic when I was really sick. If you are still confused or want to know more then please leave a reply of what you wish to know. Contact information will be given if accepted, please have a messenger to be contacted on.

Not trolling you but this will not work. You clearly underestimate the amount of time and resources (money, developers) it takes to make a game, especially a 3D game (I assume you're making a game by looking for storyline/terrain design/texturing. Also, you don't really seem to have any projects? If you want people to join you, you should have something for them to think about and be interested in.

Oh and there are very few "qualified volunteers" in the indie game industry due to the amount of time that needs to be put it (people need to live). Yes some people may do free work to build a portfolio, but I wouldn't count on it.

You have a point and bring a strong argument. I actually do have a project, its my game engine I have built with LWJGL. I figured this could be more of a fun project for now. I know I lack the money but it would be sweet to get some people in the team.

There's plenty of free assets released under very lenient licenses which allows you to streamline the development/testing process. So contrary to popular belief, if you have experience and knowledge in the relevant fields an indie team CAN create an amazing game

Unless you are working on a huge project you must as well just work on your own. Everyone is going to want to put in their own ideas and do things their own way.

Very few people that have worked on rsps's and call themselves programmers are going to have the knowledge to build a 3d game client, you are honestly searching on the wrong forum.

This may be a bit weird to post on this but sorry if anyone thinks its grave dig. I just wanted to update the thread and tell everyone about the new logo. I am still looking for a great team. You don't have to be a programmer to join this team.
