    Everything is Server Authorative. Currently made a working/functioning Friends list, which is requested via client, and server replies with the list. Will soon focus on getting adding/removing and whispering done

    I have recently got a pretty good essential friends list working with whispering. As well as character loading (Through MongoDB and Server Authority).

    I am currently undergoing World Server work now, and will begin focusing on some in-game back end work.

    Meh bored on here, post hasn't been updated in a long time but this is actually still in development lolol. There is alot more to the game than what has been posted below, just kinda flew through some of the recent things i've written down. Moved to the Unreal Engine 4 and has a few AAA members working on it now. Would show alot more media but we are kinda still under radar and having to fund this out of pocket.

    Single Toon Adventure
    We have steered away from creating multiple characters (toons) that way you can focus on a single long-road adventure compared to multiple short-lived, repetitive adventures. Striving to give players a non repetitive,
    un-restricted, and steady single lane road to the future of your gameplay experience. Allowing you to choose the direction of your character build how you please, and when you please.

    Keybindable UI
    We have implemented a system in which players are able to keybind user-interface events to specific keys to allow for quicker times of executing desired tasks, i.e messaging a friend, adding a friend, or if you simply do not like having to move your cursor around.
    You can do so with this system.

    - Each window has its own unique keybinds, therefor you will not have conflicting keybinds with other widgets and can reuse keys!
    - Open Windows > Actions. If you have a UI open that is keybindable, any keys that are related to action bars, or hotkeys will not be executed. Any UI open that is keybinded will have priority. You can hit ESC to quickly exit out of them.
    - Pop up windows are now keybindable (i.e Add Friend Input Box)

    Overlap & Reticle Targeting

    - You can now walk near a NPC / Object / Player to begin interacting with the entity.
    - Reticle targeting will override the entity your character is next to.

    Game Settings
    - Modify sound effects, and sound tracks volumes
    - Altering your graphic settings from post processing, AA, textures, effects, ground density, shadows and even Frame Hertz.

    Shattered Realm
    - Character Creation
    - Switch servers whilst logged into the shattered realm (lobby)
    - Message, Add, and Remove friends before logging into a server.
    - Will be potentially working on a guild messaging whilst in lobby
    - View some of the latest updates prior to logging in

    Action Bar
    - Remove, and add Spells / Inventory shortcuts to your action bar,
    - Using of an ability / item shortcut with the hotkeys provided for the action bar slots.

    Chatbox
    - Press enter to begin chatting
    - Ability to yell, say, private message, and talk in other channels.

    Zones
    - Notifications for displaying when you've entered a new location
    - Updates to all of your friends where you are currently at in-game

    Saving / Loading
    - Everything you do in-game gets saved and loaded.


    Inventory
    - Displaying of how many current coins you have in your coin pouch
    - Currently 12 available inventory slots as our default inventory size (subject to change)
    - Ability to equip, or use items via inventory slot
    - Ability to drag n drop onto an action bar to be used as a shortcut

    Trading
    - You can now trade another play by simply going up to them, and pressing shift + e and a trade window will appear.
    - You're now able to trade coins to another player, the input is reference to world of warcraft. You cannot input a number of coins of which you do not have.

    Chat
    - You can publically chat in-game now using various channels such as general, say, and yell.
    - When yelling or talking in public chat, a chat bubble now appears over your head.

    Friends List
    - Shows all friends that are online, and offline.
    - Displays your online friends in-game location (and updates)
    - Displays the correct time they've been offline for.
    - Ability to add and remove Friends
    - Ability to private message your friends whist they are in the lobby, in your server, or on another server.
    - Notifications when a friend goes offline and online.

    NPC and Object Interaction
    - Walking near a NPC or Object will prompt with possible options for interaction
    - Reticle overrides which npc or object you wish to interact with
    - Walking away from the npc or object cancels your current interaction

    NPC Dialog
    - Ability to carry on full conversations with NPCs with options and different routes for the conversation (Similar to RS)

    Player Interaction
    - Ability to trade items from player to player
    - Ability to trade coins from player to player

    Vendor
    - Interacting with a NPC to view their current vendor
    - Purchasing items from vendors
    - Selling items to general store vendors

    Player Synchronizing
    - Ability to see others equipment they're currently wielding.
    - Ability to watch other people performing actions (animations)
    - Ability to hear sound effects of others performing actions

    Combat
    - You can toggle combat stance by pressing the 'tab' key also known as sheathing.
    - Casting magic projectiles are now sync'd across other players, and process hits to npcs and players.
    - Your equipment now dictates your movement animations.
    - Equipping melee weapons will put you into a melee stance, magic items go into a magic stance, and archery goes to archery stance.
    - You can now dodge / roll forward, backwards, left, or right by pressing the directional WASD key twice, or shift + direction key to roll that direction.
    - Swapping between melee, ranged, and magic weapons now change your combat stance
    - Implemented sheathing by pressing the tab key altars your appearance to look as if you're in a combat stance, or non combat stance.
    - You can now attack other enemy players, this is currently in just a open world pvp test, will not remain like this later on.

    Death
    - When you die, you now do a random death animation, and get prompt with a screen to resurrect your character. You then will respawn at the nearest grave yard.

    NPC Combat
    - You are now able to deal damage to attackable npcs.

    Ability Bar & Action Bar
    - We now have 2 types of of ability bars / action bars. One is strictly for abilities (Q, E, R, T, F, X and Z). This ability bar is for your current action abilities you wish to use, don't worry as there will be more additional slots, and the other is your typical action bar you'd see in any other mmorpg. You can drag and drop additional abilities onto this bar, or you can use them for inventory shortcuts.

    Skilling - Woodcutting
    - You can now chop down every small size tree in the game.
    - Trees will disapear in the world for every player, spawn a tree stump and later respawn similar to Runescape.

    Equipment
    - You can now wear every equippable item and will render for all players in your local area.
    - Wearing a specific item type will change your walking / running animations.

    Action Bar Update #2
    - You can now put equipment in the action bar slot, for a shortcut key to equip that item.

    We will be moving it to Unreal Engine 5 once it releases.

    Updated alot of the media on the main thread. ALL of it was out of date. Just note some of the images are old, and i kinda categorized them as new, old and really old.

    I will try to add more media to it as i find images as they are all scattered across discord.
