I don't think this is the right place to post this. RuneScape Private Servers have their own, more "alive" sections. You'll have a better chance there,seeing how thats where all the people interesting in RSPS are

i would use a different server name. so many people have used frostscape.
donators and serious economy these are two things that dont go together.
