I've started on a IRC project. But because I am new to this I have it about 80% working I want to fix a bug and add in a new feature. I got stuck when I tried to this. So if you have experience with IRC code and when to help me I would really appreciate it.

It would help to post the language. You can use multiple languages throgh various methods with different IRC clients. Since I read the whole thread I see you're using mIRC. Thus MSL (mIRC Scripting Language) So, what's the problem?
