Hello.
I have quit developing Rs2 servers simply because they bore me. There's really no chance of advancement there.
So, as a 'learning project' I'm restarting my 2d MMORPG. The old client engine was very inefficient, and poorly programmed. Just about everything in the client (Map loading, entity drawing, chat) was just terrible.
So, I deleted that folder, and restarted anew.

I use In game Sprites from this site: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
He does a really good job. If you need 2d sprites I would recommend that site.
I do, how ever, need some login screen graphics, and web site graphics. Contact me if you are interested in helping out with this

Your attempt at flame didn't work. I'm more efficient, and 'better' then you are is all I need to say. Please refrain from posting in this thread again.
@Mr. Chainsaw.
Don't know. Notepad?
Update:
I talked to someone in the shoutbox a couple of days ago, and he said how he and someone else started a mud, that they built the map editor and went from there.
So, I've started work on the map editor.
Map Details:
Each map has 980 tiles.
Each row of tiles have 35 tiles.
There are 28 rows.
Here's a picture of the map editor so far. **The 'edit selected' is for the tile list located above the buttons. You will just click on the grid where you want to add the new tile.**
