Basically stumbled across this via a friend of mine, wasn't too sure how useful it'll be to a lot of people here but its cool nonetheless. In essence it allows you to have that classic rs sound when doing midi stuff. Unsure whether it's specifically from OSRS or RS2 but oh well, close enough eh?
Sounds somewhat like this when you slap a midi file into it, not 100% perfect but with a bit of tweaking they'd be spot on. I had to reduce the volume of all instruments by -15dB and manually set the ADSR envelopes, as this isn't something thats set in the soundfont.

Can't embed streamable links unfortunately...
(Anyone up for some RS-themed cover songs?)

For anyone that actually wants to try and use it, just do what I did and youtube a guide how to use it in your chosen software.
That soundfont was made by me, unfortunately isn't accurate to the in-game sound when you use it on the dumped midi files, and that's an older revision of the soundfont. It was specific to OSRS made from dumped soundbank samples in Indices 4 & 14, based on some info from index 15 soundbank patches. I recently figured out how to just dump the songs using the actual soundbank instruments so it can be accurate.
