Basically I recovered an old account of mine which I swapped and they hacked it back like 4 years ago so I got it back now, I added my email, does this mean they can never recover it again as it just says to enter the email which is registered to the account?

Not totally impossible for them to get back but it'll definitely be in your favour

Right so if they know past passwords, your address, Debit Card numbers, etc when they submit an appeal they could. However, I tried hacking a friends account for shits and giggles and I knew at least his past passwords from like 5th grade and the address and stuff and I still couldn't recover. So you should be okay.

Yeah but if you have an email theirs no way to get to that page it just asks for an e-mail, or is their a way round it?

Jagex support is known for giving accounts to random people and not believing the real owners proof so I wouldn't count on it but it's an additional layer of security

You can submit a ticket if you don't have access to the email.

You can always recover an account, but I believe an e-mail is good enough.

If you have the original email and have it secured then it will be near impossible for them to recover it.
