    Is it that the Bandos Kiteshield and stuff are going to replace the Bandos Chestplate and Chaps? Or can you already wear the Kiteshield when you are 40 defence?

    You can wear it with 40 defence. It's just painted with the colours on Bandos.
    I'm inactive, so don't expect a reply from me the same day you ask for something... unfortunately.
