He probably has more important things to do than unsilence people who broke the rules. As DrDiablo mentioned in your thread, not breaking the rules would allow you to avoid this problem.
I didn't silence you or handle your appeal, so I'm not sure why you're coming to me. Please wait patiently until the person who silenced you removes your restriction. I'm sure you can find something to do until then.
