Sorry, but I have to stop everyone who keeps saying this is a great design piece. Not it's not, it's High beginner at the most. You have over sharpened, used to many effects, there is no flow to work with the background and you have some wierd feather effect going on at his legs. Try to build your colours around the render otherwise it lacks depth, try to work with a flow, right now there is none but you could have focused on working around his hand as your starter piece as the render is looking in that direction. Hope this CnC helps, If you feel im being a prick to you then I have to be it's the only way to get better by pointing out the mistakes.
