How comes when I try to load rune rebels (the client and the webclient) it just usually gets stuck on downloading?

I suggest what Play suggested before me. Switch the site to the old RS one.

I honestly hope you plan on switching forums to the Runescape 2006 based one.

There is just no way in hell will you gain more support then Vault's prude ass server if you're going to use SMF forums.
