Hey, I need your permission to relicense the code you contributed to apollo (specifically to change it from ISC to ISC/Apache). This gives people in the US (and other unfortunate countries where software patents are a thing) legal rights preventing them from being sued under patent laws. This does not revoke your ownership of the code you contributed, or remove your credit from it (or anything else really, but I do legally need your permission to do it). If you aren't okay with this, let me know and I'll just have to rewrite the parts you contributed
