1) dont be toxic/dont tilt, ever (nice chat ban). if you cant not talk shit then just dont join chat at all
2) some games are unwinnable no matter what you do. climbing the ladder/getting good is about winning more often than losing across hundreds of matches, not just winning the one you're playing in
3) lots of practice and self reflection. Watch vod reviews, take advice from much better players (e.g. youtube vids). Record and analyse your own games if you can. You suck just as much as everyone else at your SR (by definition), although maybe not in the same ways, and this is true no matter how far you climb
