literally u just have to play loads and grind. I think bots are garbage but some people like custom games with medium lucio bots. The most fundamental part of good tracking/aim in general is good positioning - if you're 2 feet from them it's insanely hard to track as they jump and strafe around you, as you're moving your mouse all over the place. Take high ground if its good for your hero (e.g. soldier, mccree, widow), and always be at an appropriate range (soldier's damage starts dropping off at 30, McCree's at 20m). Make sure you have good posture (sit up straight, make sure your desk isn't too high). Know when to burst fire on the hero you're playing (e.g. soldier you shoot in bursts of 6/4/3 at close/medium/long range). And don't tilt
