this tool <--- he's sitting next to me you just can't see him is deciding whether or not he wants to get a r290x or a gtx 780. Apparently money isn't the issue he just wants to know which is better. The 780 is rated at 8.9 and the 290x is rated at 8.6 yet he says on all games the 290x gave more fps. can you weigh in on this issue.

what is the best card i can get with this machine? HP Pavilion Desktop 8GB Memory 2TB Hard Drive 500-164 - Best Buy im using my sapphire hd 7750 in it, but still not satisfied as far as WoW goes. I can get like 160 fps on low detail, and like 50-60 on high, but I want 60 constant on ultra in like heavy graphical situations, help me please brother.
