any of the devs have auto-updating JDK's? because you have to enable it, so one of the devs must had compiled with the newer one while the other still had the old, nts

delete all of the class files, download latest java recompile
I'm sure its something around the technical lines of the source code is not native to the current java, so it should fix it, hopefully

Whether you legitimately thought up this concept or not, it's still very similar to Pb600's concept so the only conclusion that I can come to is that the idea is not yours, sorry.
