I'm not sure if you read the full post since I edited it shortly after. If you win the dispute and either don't refund him or don't fulfil the service you will be rebanned. Make sure you either refund him or fulfil these service - if he doesn't reply then you will probably have to refund it.

Feel free to provide proof by PMing me or letting us know in a report once you've refunded or made a choice - he is also aware of it so may try and contact you.
